Here is a picture of Mrs Gordan and Mr McNeil standing outside the church,
this was the point at which the whole troop was most nervous as although we
were only a very small branch we had quite a reputation to keep as one of
the smartest on parade. I was dreading someone being out of step or their
shirt being un-tucked but as we marched passed Mrs Gordan smiled and Mr
McNeil gave me a wink and later said "you did alright kid!" Which was a huge
relief for me as trying to keep 25 excited kids in line can be hard!!
