Middlesbrough Borough Council - Stockton Road Depot
The photographs contained in this gallery were taken when I worked for Middlesbrough Borough Council as a fitters mate at the Stockton Road Depot. I worked there from 1979 through to 1990 when the depot closed and we were relocated to the Cargo Fleet Lane depot in Middlesbrough. The old site is now occupied by the Teesside Retail Park development.
I would be interested in hearing from anyone who worked at the depot, especially if you have any photographs of your time there or of Stockton Road depot in general. If scans or copies of the images could be provided then I would be more than happy to add them to the site. I can be contacted via email at paulrose_r@yahoo.co.uk or by leaving a message at the foot of this page. Look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks for your message. I'm glad you enjoyed viewing pictures of your dad :o) I probably seen you when you were a youngster as I used to pop round your house when out on jobs with your dad. Tell him about the pictures on here and to drop me a line. Paul
