New Zealand 2008 - South Island by Bicycle

Well, we just spent 3 weeks on the South Island of New Zealand riding on bicycles. An epic trip on all counts! The 500 miles just flew by. I'll never forget the amazing Kiwi people for sharing their absolutely beautiful Country with us, and with so much hospitality. Below are a sample of a few of the photos we took along the way. Everything was photographed in a documentary-style fashion, as I am currently in the process of putting a large book together of our journey. In addition to literally hundreds of photos not seen below, the book will include interviews with locals, preparation tips, gear lists, a Kiwi photo dictionary, a comic book, a bicycle yoga workout manual, hostel cooking recipes, funny road signs, custom advertisements, and many other random items as well. Once the book is done, I will add a link to this page, as it will be for sale online. I will be selling the books at cost (not making a dime in profit) so that everyone can enjoy them. I'll also have a copy at the house, and the office, if you'd prefer just to peek at mine. More on that in June.
