Right by the beach boyiiee.
We stayed two days in the little city of Visegrád (Population 1,500) after finding an article about it online the day before. It turned out to be a great place to chill out away from the big cities.

Going Up
The trail going up to the castle in Visegrád. All the trails had color-coded marking on the trees every 50 feet (look closely and you'll see one), making it easy for us tourists not to get lost.

Visegrád - Danube River Curve
This was taken from the castle, which was a nice hike up from the city. Across the river is the city of Nagymaros.

On the trail
Getting some more use out of our already tired feet.

The little man in the green hat blows
There was a small wax museum inside the castle. This lucky fellow became my victim to try some perspective shots. This obviously being the front...

Cool Runnings
So we randomly discovered this small amusement park with these bobsled rides for kids. Turns out to be an absolute blast. We got these bad boys going pretty fast. And no seat belts, so it was extra fun!

Straight Chillin'
...at the Visegrád Hotel. People in Hungary know how to relax. This was the first of our several visits to the "bath houses" in the country.

Double Chillin'
...by the way, we found it much easier to chill with a cold beer by our side.

"Two bottles of Dreher will lead you to her"
If anyone that works for Dreher is reading this, please send me a check for all the ads I created for you. That, or a couple cases of your fantastic beer would suffice :)

The paparazzi is loose
Chrissi getting ready at the Visegrád hotel, and me waiting patiently (actually, impatiently).

High Roller
After thinking we'd never top the fun we had on the bobsleds... Canopy Zip Lines! The guides who took us worked for a company called "FunExtreme" and we definitely had both a fun and extreme time doing this.

Aren't we cute?
Having a fun laugh at the Renaissance Restaurant.
