The 29th of June will stay in my memory because it was not a very good day for me.

I had a panick attack when I realized that my body was at rock bottom level and that it would take weeks, if not months until it would be back to standard level.

It's like you're realizing you are having a very bad day and suddenly you realize that the next good day is far, far away.
