Julcie is Herr Wunderl's mother.

She rejected him as a baby, and he almost died (his brother did). Julcie's sister Blackie (died in 2002) adopted him and raised him together with her children.

As some sort of revenge, Herr Wunderl likes nothing more than to chase his mother to and fro - a behaviour to which Julcie reacts with hysterical cries of outrage. Which obviously gives Herr Wunderl a great pleasure.

This photo shows them eating together more or less peacefully.
