The Jesusita Fire started Tuesday afternoon (May 5, 2009). It raged out of control yesterday (Thursday) and spread west to Goleta and east to Montecito. Fortunately, the weather is cooperating tonight, fog moving in, air cooling. Perhaps the worst is over!

These images truly well document the devastating circumstances that have befallen Santa Barbara.Thank you for sharing what may well be personally a tragedy for yourself.
