Black-tailed Godwit

Plum Island, MA

Only if I had a more powerful lens! This bird stayed about two weeks in the Salt Pannes at Plum Island(Parker River National Wildlife Refuge) in Massachusetts. Some believe this is bird is a representative of limosa subspecies.
