Hydrangea

This poor Hydrangea can't decide what color it is. I have it planted under an Oak tree which may be responsible for its confusion. It is supposed to be blue and the center eyes on some of the little flowers are blude, some spots are white and others are this pink/purple color. Guess I'll have to help it decide.

I'm with Karen, just like lots of colors and this one is great!

I'll take it whatever color it ends up. So delicate.

I think it's kind of cool that it can't decide...makes it unique.

A very sweet shot Elaine.

It sure is beautiful and I love the violet color. Maybe it has to do with the acidity of the soil?

interesting mix of colours with the pink/baby blue/white colours, i guess the camera is indeed having a hard time finding the contrasts.. ah well great shot nonetheless!

Beautiful. Perhaps you should call a floral therapist to work with your hydrangea.

This turned out quite nicely---a hard flower to photograph. I like the centers, too.

I love the little button-buds in the center of the flowers.
