This is the sleigh where Santa takes pictures with the little ones. We were there before the official lighting of the lights, so Santa wasn't there. The ghostly effect is from the steam from my hot chocolate fogging up the lens. Thought it made an unusual image. I caught my friend in an unflattering pose, but she said she wouldn't kill me if I posted it.
