Tom and I took the ISAF (International Sailing Federation) Survival at Sea class in October 2014 at the San Francisco Yacht Club in Belvedere, CA. The class included some pre-work, several hours of lecture, and - best of all - time in the water with our inflatable life vests and a well-used life raft built to fit 8 sailors.
