In October 2007, I drove over 5,000 miles through nine states, visiting eight National Parks--Death Valley, Zion, Bryce Canyon, Capitol Reef, Canyonlands, Arches, Yellowstone, and Grand Teton--as well as Monument Valley, Escalante National Monument, and Four Corners National Monument. I saw lots of amazing natural wonders, and learned about the fascinating geology behind their formations. Let me do the driving, and you will witness beautiful buttes, creepy hoodoos, endless salt beds, giant natural arches, singing sand dunes, alien badlands, rolling slickrock, and a 100-mile long buckle in the Earth's crust! Not to mention the wildlife. Add in the "wonders" of Las Vegas and Salt Lake City and there's my trip!
