I took these photos on a November 2009 trip to Buenos Aires, Argentina. Among the highlights you'll see is the Recoleta Cemetery, home to row after row of marble mausoleums; the deserted interior of el Palacio de las Aguas Corrientes (the Palace of Running Water), a building most famous for its baroquely ornate exterior; Tigre, a river delta town an hour north of the city; and elsewhere around the city at large.
