M-13, the great globular cluster

Cerceda, Madrid, Spain

Messier 13, the great globular of Hercules. This is the brightest cluster in the northern hemisphere and it dominates the spring sky due to its spectacular nature.

More than 500,000 stars, of different types and colors, make this object a favorite of astrophotographers.

We can also see to the right above the ngc-6207 galaxy, remarkable, although M-13 steals its prominence.

I hope you like it.
