Mamma brought her chicks out and there were eight in all. Herding cats may be difficult, but it doesn't hold a candle to eight quail chicks who have just discovered the miracle of flight! Mama was a busy bird. We were amazed that chicks this small could fly at all, but these babies could make it from the ground into the trees with no problem!
