Every once in awhile, when we're traveling up and down the island, we encounter a rabbit in someone's yard, along the side of a road, in a field or in a local park. We're never quite sure if they're escaped domesticated rabbits, wild rabbits or some combination of the two. Whichever this one was, it was as curious about us as we were about it and it sat and posed for us before hopping off to trim the flowers along the edge of the lawn.
