This was a long shot, not the best of lighting, and I really worked to capture a glimpse of the young, however the parent keot them covered, protecting them from a light rain that was falling. Bald Eagle trivia: The female Bald Eagle, and to a lesser degree the male, broods the young, shielding them from rain, wind, and sun, continuously at first and sporadically after the first month.
