These pictures were taken in Nosara, on the Nicoya Peninsula in Costa Rica.

The pictures were taken on Wednesday 11/22, in the late afternoon, when you are looking pretty much straight against the sun on the west coast. This makes lighting complicated but also gives some interesting effects.
