-2.5KG per piece OR below (the smaller, the better)....NO MORE THAN 2.5kg
-Exterior is IRREGULAR/uneven-shaped BULGING sections
-Whitish delicate cores,(yung pinaka center portion ng prutas). It almost looks like the inisde rind of fresh pomelo--very white, cottony-soft and not soaked/slimy.
-Wrinkly and matte (not shiny) arils
-Arils delicately SOFT and CREAMY when poked (NOT hard nor watery)
-BONUS: if you can find them, get those irregulars that have ANT holes/tunnels (NOT worm holes) on it as long as they haven't penetrated the arils.

Bad
-Exterior evenly-sized sections (<--yes, this is "bad")
-wet darkening cores
-shiny/watery arils
