Mt. Baker/Snoqualmie N.F. - Evergreen Mountain

This was a quick August 2003 hike up the Fire Lookout on Evergreen Mountain. The lookout was open as a family had rented it for the evening. Lots of views of haze and logging country and peaks that are just a little bit too distant. But also a nice stretch of trail that is still recovering from a fire a few decades ago as well as nice views of the Monte Cristo area peaks:
