At macroscopic scale Mars really looks like this. definitively Alien ! But real !!

I have composed theses images using photoshop and several RAW black and white images (using different color filters and focals) publically available from NASA ( http://marsrovers.jpl.nasa.gov/gallery/images.html ), they are Mars macro photos from rocks and soils, just as if we were up there ! And at macro scale, Mars appears surprisingly much more Blue than Red !!!

The image are built by mixing precisely multiple photos taken by the NASA microscopic and panoramic cameras of the rovers curently exploring the mars surface.
