Another major giveaway that these "energy rods" are actually camera shake is all the streaks are identically-shaped. If the streaks were moving of their own accord, they would not be "flying in formation."
I can't stress this enough. Multiple streaks that are identically-shaped are STRONG evidence for camera-shake, not ghosts.
There should be 60 pulses in these strings.
