hi, my name is sharon vaughn. I was born in east st. louis in 1953 and I also went to WEBSTER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. MR HUDSON AND MR SEABERRY WERE MY TEACHERS ALSO!!! MR.HUDSON HAD A SLIGHT HUMP BACK (GOOD TEACHER) AND MR. SEABERRY WAS HEAVY SET AND HE WAS THE TEACHER WHO WAS THE FIRST TO TEACH US AFRICAN HISTORY. I REMEMBER BEING SHOCKED TO LEARN THATS WHERE I CAME FROM. I WAS A VERY GOOD STUDENT MAJORED IN HISTORY AFTER THAT. WE MOVED TO CALIFORNIA IN 1967.
