This looks like an old school or apartment building. Sad that it was allowed to become this bad. The architecture is beautiful!

Makes me think of something from "Planet of the Apes" or maybe "Twelve Monkeys" - when people were walking through very old, decaying buildings like this. All the green growing in the foreground adds a lot to the interest.
