June 16 - 19937 Derby

There were SEVERAL vacant houses(at least half) on the block. I thought having a door on the second floor was interesting... I *suppose* you could set a chair in that 8 sqft area though, and just watch the traffic go by....

I think the door on the second floor is interesting - I can see a small porch up there just big enough to stand on and watch the world go by.

I thought the door upstairs there was interesting too. I guess one could put pretty plants on that small porch and then be able to get to them to water them. I hope the doorway and upstairs windows end up getting boarded too. That would at least keep the elements out a bit and slow down the demise of the house. . .
