saute 'French' shallots until crispy
saute one Ontario Honeycrisp apple and one Ontario pear (add a little thyme for good measure)
lightly saute some fennel
toss some radicchio and spring greens with the tasty olive oil from Nick...
arrange, add some blueberries
drizzle on some balsamic vinegar.
shoot quick because we're hungry and the roast beast is getting cold!!!!
