Hybrid Tea, mauve/lavender, heavy citrus fragrance - I think this has too many petals to be Blue Moon, but I could be wrong.

Sterling Silver or Blue Girl, maybe... My father grew both, not far from Hart Park (assuming this is the park in Orange) and those blooms do look like his flowers. Both are Hybrid teas, and I recall one of them having a low, compact habit like this one.

Is this Angel Face? It's been a few years since I had her - she was a deer's midnight snack - but this rose looks similar and I seem to recall she had a light, bright fragrance.
