Some photos taken on a transit through Albania along the E853-European road from Podgorica (Montenegro) to Ohrid (Mazedonia) via the Albanian towns Shkoder, Lehze, Tirane where I arrived in the evening. In the morning I started from there to Elbasan, Xibrrake, Qukes at the macedonian border, and Ohrid. Certainly, this gallery will give you only a small impression of the country and, as many people told me, it is worth to also have a look at the south part and the coast region.
