This Seattle music museum is dedicated to the history and exploration of American pop music and culture, and specifically commemorates Jimi Hendrix. It opened its doors in 2000. Architect Frank O. Gehry has made a career out of bending vertical and horizontal lines of building construction into sculptural drapery, sometimes defiant and sometimes poetic.
These images are arranged in an order, starting at the main door and walking around the whole building in a counter-clockwise direction, up the stairs and back to the main door. A polarizer was used most of the time. Watch for the changes in colour and colour intensities on a specific area when a polarizer was not used, and the same area when one was used. Enjoy!
