I would like to thank Jim for his friendship and for sharing in this amazing experience with me. I would also like to thank the Cambodian people for sharing their country, their stories, their way of life and their dreams of a better future for their children. I met some of the most hardest working people with so very little in return for their efforts. Life is a constant battle of daily survival, yet they remain positive and hopeful. I left for Cambodia for an adventure but found something else; I am more grateful for the life I have and learned I waste too much. Happiness isn't about what you have or don't have, but found in the perceptions you keep despite whatever your life situation may be. This may all sound so cliché, but words are hard to come by to express or describe this incredible experience that one can only take for themselves. I am grateful.

Your intro says it all. I understand your heart and feelings about Cambodia, although I have only been to Bali and Vietnam twice. My trip to Cambodia and Laos is in NOV 2011. I have no schedule and plan to explore for 60 days or more. Solo trip of a life time. Thank you so much for sharing you life
