The movement, caseback, bracelet and crown are signed FORTIS. I suspect that TECHNOS had commissioned FORTIS to produce these parts for them. This watch is in fact very similar to a FORTIS Brain Matic which I sold not too long ago (see last picture of watch on my wrist).
