Dubbed "The World's Most Accurate Wristwatch", you are looking at a very rare piece of History!
Omega,“Constellation, Marine Chronometer, Megaquartz, f2,4 MHz”, No. 37057295, Ref. ST 198.0074 / 398.0836. Sold on May 3, 1976.
