I would conservatively rate this at about 85% due to some micro swirlies. I have been using it on a leather strap, thus the original rubber strap shows minimal wear. Comes with warranty card, instruction book, hang tags, inner and outer box. The interior of the inner box is a little damaged - some of the faux leather PVC is peeling off - but the box itself is in perfect condition.
