Not too sure of the issue date, but it seems like the back is imprinted with 1991.

Some visible scracthes on bezel when light falls on it from certain angles, otherwise in good shape. Lume still glows. Uni-directional bezel is tight.
Screwdown crown locks tight.
Original rubber strap included, but not in good shape - cracked in certain places and the end retainer is broken.
Needs a battery change since the second hand is jumping in 2-sec intervals.
