I originally photographed the private homes because I wanted to depict Australian architecture, then got sidetracked and some rural and other stuff was included.
The old settler's house at Woodville is unique and still holding up to the ravages of time! Many years ago (pre-digital) I photographed it and did some pen & ink sketches from various angles.
All the pictures are in these areas of the Hunter Valley, so I guess it doesn't really matter if they're not all private homes... it's still all very Australian!
