Car accidents always hit close to someone's home. Passed 1967.

Grew up together. Spent a lot of nights sleeping over at each other's house. Passed 2002.

We use to cut cookies in his VW. Passed 2004.

Passed in 2011. He was always involved in what was going on.

He was always very quiet but had a sly smile. Passed 2017.

Always involved in school activities and a person to be counted on. Passed in 2018.

He didn't graduate with the class as his family moved on. He did spend a number of years with us and was a very active member of the church. Rick and his wife were murdered by their grandson. Passed 2018.

Dave lost his fight with cancer in 2021. If you played sports Dave was always there as the team manager. You needed anything he had it.

We lost Colleen in August 2022. She wrote my senior English paper for me but I still got the normal grade my English teacher always gave me. I took her to a nice dinner for payment. She was also my date for the Jr. High graduation party. A hell of a basketball player!

Although Jamie didn't graduate with us he spent a lot of years with us. He passed in 2023 from a home accident resulting in a broken neck, fractured skull and nose. He will be missed by his family and friends.

Curtis passed away November 3, 2023 from heart failure. His parents and my parents played cards together so besides just a school mate he was a family friend. He spent most of his life in the community he grew up in. Was activity in school and even had some mischief in him. He will be missed by many.

Cheryl passed away November 20, 2023. It appears to have been a very unexpected passing as she was visiting friends at an art show. While we were in school she was usually at sporting events as she was usually in them. As a band member myself we spent a lot of time together traveling weekends to the different contest and events. I sat next to her in one of my math classes and there wasn't anybody better at it than Cheryl. She will be missed by a lot of classmates, friends and especially family.

Sheri and I rode the same bus to school for many years. We were also band mates but I can not remember what instrument she played. I ran into her once years after we left the old homestead and we had a really good chat. It is a shame for her to depart so early.

A good friendly guy who was true to his roots. He passed away Sept. 12, 2024 after a life time of framing in the community he loved. Lots of people will miss him.

Steve passed away on Feb. 6, 2025. There was one farm and a river between us as we grew up. Jim, Larry and Steve were my neighborhood friends and all have passed. We were all farm boys so there was a lot of area to cover. Steve and I both peroxided our hair one night when I was staying over and it was his mom that introduced my to Reuben sandwiches. He will be missed.

Cody and I were friends. I don't think I ever saw him after we graduated but he was never far from my mind. In Jr. High at lunch one day we were all playing baseball during the recess. Being early spring we had had some rain and everything was wet. I was up to bat and when I took a swing the bat came out of my hands and hit Cody square in the face. Even today I can see him dropping to the ground. He and I were both lucky that day as just a small change in direction and he would have been gone and my life would have been way different. He passed June 2025.
