The original photo was taken 8/3/1898 and has seen a lot of wear over the years as it was moved from box to box.

Mother's Day and lots of scans, so I put this together.

The picture on the left is of my Grandfather born March 1895. No dates or markings to date the picture. The picture on the right is a digital reproduction done by Hamilton Color Lab in Omaha, NE.

Piles and piles, a half dozen negative sizes, but a great way to explore family history. I never knew my mother and dad in their yourth, but exploring the negatives has given me a glimpse. Never knew my grandmother knew how to drive a team of horses!
