July 13, 2024 My Canon R6 camera stopped working after I tripped in the parking lot at Mather Airport and my camera and lens fell to the ground. It would not power up after the fall.

July 23, 2024 Your product has been examined and it was found that the main board did not operate properly causing the unit to no longer power on. The main board was replaced and the camera was cleaned, product functions were checked and confirmed. Have a nice day and thanks for choosing Canon!
