After this occurred I lost the last five months of photos and data on my Seagate 4TB external hard drive.

After the IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL error screen the computer reboots and then displays an Automatic Repair screen and there is no way to choose Shut down or Advanced options because the computer is unresponsive to the keyboard or mouse. I just shut it down by holding the ON button for five seconds.


I am trying to recover the hard drive right now using EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard.
