Put 6 eggs in cold water and bring to a boil, cover and turn off the heat and set timer to 6 minutes. Place the eggs in ice water to stop cooking and then peel them and place in the marinade made of 6 Tablespoons of water,1 Tablespoon of sugar, 2 Tablespoons rice wine vinegar, and 3/4 cup soy sauce. Marinate for a few hours to overnight in the refrigerator.
