Edinburgh, and Family History trail around Fife - Gallery

My great great grandmother, Jemima Agnes Alves was born in Cupar, Fife on 8th March 1827. She left from Greenock on the "Alan Ker" in 1841 to travel to Port Phillip as a bounty immigrant. We took the opportunity to drive from St Andrews to Cupar to try to discover why she left home alone at such a tender age. On visiting the library in Cupar, I made some discoveries.
