This is an art installation at Art Omi in Omi, NY, an outdoor sculpture park. It is entitled Shotgun Landscape and is by Margaret Evangeline.
It is a huge sheet of stainless steel maybe 8 feet by 5 feet shot up with a shotgun and then hung up in the woods.
The holes go all the way through and the reflection on the other side is just as interesting. The shotgun holes on this side
are dimples while the ones on the other side are bumps thus creating different kinds of distortion of the reflections on each side.
