I was on a moving tour boat when I noticed this strange object. It was moving, and changed size, direction, and shape. Unfortunately I didnt have a telephoto, and the boat turned around a bend and I lost sight of the object. It is indeed vaguely saucer shaped with bright lights. Although it appears tiny, if it is at the same scale as those mountains, it would be several hundred feet in size.
The horizontal streaks overlying the mountains is spray from the boat moving.
