Once we got to Carmel by the Sea, we found our quaint bed and breakfast,
the Sea View Inn.
The rooms were so nice, as were the women who ran and worked at the house.
Mom and I had matching rooms on the top floor.
Not great fun to climb the tiny narrow stairs, but it was wonderful to sleep in this slanty-ceilinged room.
