Spindle RPM is being sensed below the head instead of above. Holder uses heavy duty double sided tape to remain in place. A bead of epoxy, or similar, prevents magnet from shifting if forcefully bounced during tool holder changes. Otherwise, magnet is powerful enough to remain in place during spindle rotation.
