These schmendrinks were selling oil to Germany to buy Mannesman steel pipes for extension and repair of the oil pipelines, to continue pumping oli through these pipelines to Germany back, and buying new pipes again for pumping oil... Vicious circle , but it's the way they ruined the whole country... Peruvians are lot smarter... they sell crafts made of local soil to tourists who pay megabucks just in order to get to the selling point, nevermind the rest...

There is the old American Adage.... if you put it up for sale, someone will buy..... and what is most amazing is that it does not matter if it is junk, large or small.... and the same goes for buyers and sellers. The failing to understand this concept was the major downfall of the Politburo Nudnicks..... they just did not understand that commerce, even when bupkas was at its core, is the great equalizer between nations.
