Second best after French chicken salad. This bowl had caramelized almonds, roasted Makintosh apples, lettice, sesame seeds, croutons, cubes of fantastic Peruvian cheese, slightly seared red peppers and absolutely delicious fried chicken ! All tasted like heaven !This amazing salad was coupled with spicy Peruvian beer which would put any North American in shame, well, except for Samuel Adams and , probably, Modello Special !
