They serve them in very appetising way in Nice and Bordeaux, France on the bed of water cress and under hollandese sause sprinkled with romano cheese and chives. Here in Munchen, the food all that matters, LOL. I don't understand all this fuss about taste of mussels anyways, unless it's served in Costa Rican seafood soup.
