Michael, your in-depth understanding of my psycological profile scares me to death sometimes... You might be a guru like thishttp://www.pbase.com/eldarrio/image/65397227 or have super-humar powers ?! One thing is for sure,-the borsch you triving on has certainly gone through the last phase of fermentation process and is now close to, likely, pinot noir in quality ?! And , yes, you're right ,- my diabolic powers and evil schutzpah vanished immediately as I spotted sensible couple of ducks floating around in the pond. Unfortunately, I don't possess you photographic skills, thus decided to concentrate of leaves rather than chasing ducks around, so result is obvious,-it's neither fowl nor fish, just a bupkas with touch of schmutz... So, I would suggest that both sides of my brain ( if any ) did not participate in creation process, yet your compliment is very encouraging !

Eldar this is a visually colorful feast for the eyes, but it lacks three things (at least by my superficial observation) which are key features of your work : 1) intense stimulus for salivary glands 2) pointed political commentary and 3) outrageous humour. However, having said that, the work does 1) stimulate visual sensors, contains 2) pointed graphical commentary and is bursting with 3) outrageous colorful design. So it seems what has happened here is that your alter-ego (the right side of your brain) has, for the moment, taken over and exists in a parallel universe with your regular evil self (left side of brain). And so you ask: what kind of borscht did I drink tonight to produce such bupkas of a review? Ciao, Michael.

Here is the trick, amigo;
1. Open image and then duplicate the layer, say it's named "background copy".
2. Select lower "background" layer, then filter>blur>caucasian blur and set it to around 30 pixels. This will make your future backround look blurry.
3. Select " background copy" layer again.
4. Then go to "rectangular lasso" tool and cut out from the upper layer any shape you want. Then hold "Ctrl" and left click mouse over this shape, you will see small scissors. This means that this particular shape is already cut off piece.
5. Then rotate this shape, size it or move or do whatever to your liking.
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for the rest of the "background copy" layer as many time as you want to achieve desirable effect and multiple shapes.
7. Flatten image and you've done

Let me know if you accomplished this effect, this was my first exersize with this technique :-)
