This fella was making 130 km/h on the highway from Toronto to Montreal as I passed him by. I am still grateful to him, as when we went over the top of the hill we spotted 3 police cruisers and I bet they all were equipped with radars... These guys were stunned so much by this construction that they neither halted us for making over 140 km/h, nor stopped him ! I did not see them anymore on the way back...
